Development of management training for hospital pharmacists
Aim
GPP Support developed a management training course for the specific target group of hospital pharmacists. Our role in this development process was the management programme.
Approach
The approach for the development of the management training course comprised:
- determination of the need for training
- recruitment and selection of trainers
- accreditation application
- development of e-learning components
- implementation of course and aftercare
Result
The management training course for hospital pharmacists was highly esteemed by the participants.
