Design and realisation of setup for new hospital pharmacy

Aim

GPP Support received a request to handle the design and realisation of the setup of the hospital pharmacy for a hospital to be newly built. The move from the old to the new location also formed part of this.

Approach

During this commission, as analyst, expert and coach, we handled:

floor plan layout and routing (people and goods)
process description
blueprint
moving plan

Result

The hospital pharmacy has been moved and is operational based on our blueprint, process description and organisation.
