Consultant in setup of a new pharmacy concept
Aim
For the restart of a subsidiary activity of a hospital pharmacy, one of GPP Support’s partners was asked to conceive a completely new pharmacy concept in a new business.
The new pharmacy concept has the aim of providing an answer to the social discussion about unsafe care and outpatient pharmacy for the more elderly and weak in society (the health care, nursing and home care sector).
Approach
Our approach comprised:
- the ‘inspection-proof’ organisation of the care services in a completely new pharmacy concept
- setup of the new business
Besides this, the entire financing was arranged.
Result
The new pharmacy organisation has expanded into a successful business that genuinely gives form to joint service provision for the Elderly Health Services specialism, the nursing and the care.
